Building Process
Our building process consists of a 70-step schedule that spans approximately 120 working days.
From the start of the foundation to the closing date, we follow a detailed process all aimed at making sure the home is 100% complete at closing.
Approximately one week prior to closing you will meet with the Superintendent for your new home orientation. During this meeting, you will learn about the components of your new home and review any outstanding construction items.
At the end of the journey, we hope you have encountered a remarkable building experience!
