Warranties & Guarantees
Prior to closing, Buyers are invited to a pre-closing home consultation with the Construction Manager. During the consultation, the Buyer will be given an overview regarding every aspect of the home and identify any remaining work to be completed, if necessary. The remaining work items will then be completed prior to closing.
At closing, Buyers will be provided a one year limited warranty. Prior to the end of the first year of occupancy, Buyers will be able to request a second walk-through with a builder's representative.
