become a Presidential
Member of the Club for
anywhere from 2 weeks up
to 3 months.
Can I have a second home
without a mortgage?
You can now! With
Talamore’s new Extended
Stay Membership Program
you have the vacation
home of your dreams,
either a Talamore Villa
or one of the new Mid
South Lodges, only when
you want it. The fully
furnished Villas and
Lodges feature 2
bedrooms and 2 full size
baths, a fully equipped
kitchen, living room and
private covered porch.
What facilities can I
use?
As an extended stay
member, you will have
full use of all the
Club’s facilities
including the Rees Jones
Talamore resort course
and Arnold Palmer’s Mid
South member’s course.
Use of the pool at
Talamore and Mid South
are included as is
access to the Member’s
only Crow’s Nest at the
new Mid South Clubhouse.

Absolutely. The
Pinehurst Southern Pines
are has many shopping
areas, restaurants and
cultural activities. The
area is also renowned
for horseback riding and
equestrian activities.
How is this different
from a traditional golf
package?
Price & Privileges! On a
traditional golf package
you pay greens fees
every time you tee it
up. As an extended stay
member, greens fees are
included in the program,
regardless of how many
times you play. In
addition, on a
traditional golf package
you play every day with
the same players and
your uses of the
facilities are limited.
As an extended stay
member you have a
choice, play with you
group or join the other
club members in their
member’s only week golf
events and/or socials.
